Weight?

05 November 2013

Whether its losing weight or gaining weight this question arises in all of us. this is a battle we all face (majority) but rather then talking about bigger size people who want to lose weight, i wanted to talk about smaller size people..

in other words skinny or anorexic, although a person may not be anorexic or face any health issues, they may eat a lot but be really skinny. i know being too skinny can be a problem, such as not finding clothes that fit. a person may just have high metabolism. but i wanted to ask it isn't OK for someone to point fingers and say OMG! your so skinny? rude much? you wouldn't say it to a fat person now would you.

Can you imagine...
                why are you so fat?
                                                           society is really funny sometimes.

it can as much as an ordeal for a really skinny person as it is for a fat person..

i know someone who is really skinny, i know they have tried a lot to put on weight, although they aren't depressed about their weight, they aren't that overly happy about it.

I am not talking about a female as most of you would have concluded, (ironic) i was in fact talking about a male, he has struggled in putting on weight, he is an average 6 ft male with a really high metabolic rate, which means he eats and eats (exactly as i speak LOL!) but hardly puts on any pounds.. he cannot go gym and go all muscular.. due to the fact that he needs fat to turn to muscle..

so remember weight issues isn't just females face, and not just about gaining weight.
i didn't want to talk to about people trying to lose weight as there already many blogs, articles on that, and i didn't want to talk about anorexia either.. i just wanted to point out that being on the skinnier side of scale can be hard and it shouldn't be OK to say 'your so skinny' it can actually hurt some people's feeling just as calling someone fat! because not everyone wants to be skinny as much as it is hyped in the media..
